Love this light, it shows the wood in detail

Got the light for my festool ets ec 125/3. The light is nice and bright. I put the cord in the sock that the vacuum hose and power cord are in, and have the adapter plugged into the dust extractor power. I actually LIKE the fact that it isn't another battery powered light or it's yet another thing to charge. As i have the cord in with the vacuum hose and power cord, it's not in the way and it's easy to plug in.

It's a great solution, it really does help to see where you still need to sand and if there are any bad spots.

Fantastic little system

Fantastic little system whicheliminated the need for me to setup flat lighting for the workpiece.

If I knew the light required power I would not have ordered it. I actually ordered the Domino light (which is rechargeable) then added the sander light to my order assuming it worked the same way.By the way, the domino light is awesome but I do not like the sander light because it’s a pain to deal with the power cord.

have not installed

received in great shape there was no installation instructions provided I did not try to install the sander is in my basement with an outside entrance and the ground is snow covered and I have mobility issues.

Close to being a great addition to my sander

The lights are not as bright as I thought they should be. I will probably wire in a switch so I don't have to unplug the wire and have to worry about damaging the plug ends.
